Ingredients for (5 Servings)
2 X Cups Flour
6-8 Tablespoons of White Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 & 1/2 Cups of Milk
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients with a whisk until they are well combined.
The batter should be thick and not too runny.
Use a non-stick pan.
Add the batter into a small pan Wait to see the edges brown and the top to bubble a bit.
Flip the pancake and wait till the other side is golden brown.
